Privacy Policy

 The basis of each Faith Community Foundation relationship is trust. When you chose a relationship with Faith Community Foundation, and we are obligated to honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information you have chosen to share with us. As professionals entrusted with sensitive financial information, we respect your privacy and we are committed to treating each contributor’s information and each organization’s information responsibly. Our Privacy Policy contains principles that serve as standards for all Faith Community Foundation board members and employees for collection, use, retention, and security of individual contributor information.

Conflict of Interest Policy

Proposed for Adoption by the Board of Directors

January 18, 2006

 

 The purpose of the conflict of interest policy is to protect Faith Community Foundation’s interest when it is contemplating entering into a transaction or arrangement that might benefit the private interest of an officer or director of the Faith Community Foundation or might result in a possible excess benefit transaction. This policy is intended to supplement but not replace any applicable state and federal laws governing conflict of interest applicable to nonprofit and charitable organizations.
